Lazlo Group is the parent company of Keyolo, Quantarental & Lazlo MM Investments. We are property managers, real estate investors, hotel developers & vacation rental marketers.
This team has been together since 2001 when we founded Ski West, a luxury vacation rental company. After selling that entity to Overstock.com in 2005, we launched Homefacts. Homefacts is a consumer-facing due diligence platform for real estate acquisition. After selling that entity to RealtyTrac in 2012, team took over the management of the combined entities. Now we are on to our latest and most exciting venture yet.
Our experience in Vacation Rentals & Real Estate data have given us insights into the potential of VRRE investments. We collect data from hundreds of sources and monitor 140 million properties daily. This data gives us a competitive advantage in market selection, property selection, property management & pricing optimization. This has allowed this team to achieve 157% ROI on its real estate portfolio.
